Covid-19 Shipping Update

Orders placed before 8am will be dispatched on the same day wherever possible. Orders placed after 8am will be processed and dispatched the following day. Look out for our dispatch notification email (don’t forget to check your junk) to see when your order has left the roastery. All orders placed are being sent on a 24h service.

Although we’re dispatching your orders swiftly, Royal Mail and Parcelforce are experiencing extremely high volumes through their network. This, coupled with higher than usual employee absence rates means in some cases we are seeing delays in delivery. Please bear with us and if you’d like a delivery update please email info@roastworks.co.uk with your order number and we will be happy to help you out.
