About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced green from seven farmers in the municipality of Pitalito by Café Imports prior to decaffeination, breaking from the industry norm. The decaffeination process uses an extract of sugarcane to remove the caffeine. The coffee is fully washed and dried over 6-7 days in parabolic dryers to increase consistency and minimise secondary fermentation.
