This collection will send you on a coffee discovery journey and includes a coffee from each of our three tiers; The Classic, The Curious and The Contemporary. About These Coffees

Month 1 – The Classic | Brazil Mió Estate (Honey)

We’ve got another top-shelf Brazil for you, hell yeah! The tasting notes you can expect from this coffee are; creamy, nutty, nougat and maple syrup. As an espresso roast we picked up more dark chocolate, but the same nutty and sweet character is still there. With milk, it’s like having a slice of coffee and walnut cake. Month 2 – The Curious | Timor Leste Atsabe Wet Mill (Natural)

We’re so excited about this coffee, not least because we love tasting the terroir and character of a region that’s unfamiliar to us. The espresso roast has a bit more of a boozy character and the melon liquor note is a lot thicker on the palate. If you drink your espresso with milk, this tastes just like a mars bar. Month 3 – The Contemporary | Bolivia Los Rodriguez Java (Washed)

This is the second year we’ve bought coffee from the revered Los Rodriguez family. This year we were lucky enough to get our hands on their exceptional Java variety. Espresso roast: this makes a banging espresso, it’s really fruity and juicy. If you add milk it turns into a baked vanilla cheesecake. Read more about this coffee here.
