Let’s talk about inflation.

For the 0.1% of people that read the first line and decided to continue, that was a joke. They’ll never know though. Shame. We’re not really going to talk about inflation. Well, not directly anyway. What we want to talk about is why we’ve had to raise the price of our coffees. Yay!

In a nutshell, the cost of our materials have gone up and we can’t afford to absorb the cost increases any longer. We could go into intricate detail about global coffee prices and cardboard shortages, but we won’t. We’ll spare you the pain and boredom. Nor will we blame the fiasco commonly referred to as Brexit.

All you need to know is that pretty much everything has gone up in price, some things more than others. We haven’t adjusted our prices for over three years, and now, unfortunately the time has come. We’ve kept the increase as low as possible, and we will continue to always offer our customers good value speciality coffee. After all, it’s our mission to make speciality coffee more accessible.
