Join Roastworks Rewards
Earn points every time you order. Stack them up and swap them for discounts and perks that make every cup taste even better.
How it works
It’s simple. Look for the Rewards pop-up at the bottom right of our website. On mobile it’s a gift icon. On desktop it says “Roastworks Rewards”.
Sign up if you’re new, or log in if you already have an account. From there you’ll start earning points for all sorts of things like placing an order, following us on Instagram or celebrating a birthday.
You’ll earn 5 points for every £1 spent. Your points build up in your account and can be redeemed for rewards whenever you’re ready.

Who can join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned for purchases and other activities like referrals and social follows. To see the full list click the Earn Points tab in the Rewards menu.
How do I view my points balance?
Log in to your account and open the Rewards pop-up. Your balance is shown in the top bar.
How do I redeem my points?
Go to the Redeem Points tab in the Rewards pop-up. If you have enough points you can swap them for a reward code to use at checkout.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Collect as many as you like.
What do ‘approved’, ‘pending’ and ‘cancelled’ mean?
- Approved: ready to use straight away
- Pending: waiting to be confirmed (usually for purchases or referrals)
- Cancelled: points that are no longer valid (for example if an order is cancelled or refunded)
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending referral points will be cancelled and removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
Points are removed if you or a referred friend cancel or return an order.
I completed an activity but didn’t earn points
It can take a few minutes for your points to show.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly. First redeem them for a reward code, then apply that code at checkout.
Are any products excluded?
Yes. Reward codes cannot be used on brewing gear, gift cards or a small number of coffee products. Exclusions are always listed on the reward itself.
How do I leave the programme?
Contact us if you’d like to leave. We’ll unenrol you and any remaining points will be removed.
What if I want to rejoin later?
Get in touch and we’ll enrol you again. Your balance will start fresh from zero.

Discount code terms
- Codes redeemed through Roastworks Rewards can only be used on eligible products
- Codes cannot be applied to brewing gear, gift cards and some coffee products
- Codes are single use only and cannot be combined with other offers
