Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how Roastworks Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles delivery of your orders and what to do if you need to return or exchange something.

Shipping

UK Delivery

  • We ship orders across the UK using trusted courier and postal services.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. During busy periods (for example, holidays or product launches) dispatch may take slightly longer.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. You will receive an email with tracking details (where available) once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight and delivery method.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly advertised.

International Delivery

At present we only ship within the UK. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide details of international rates and delivery times.


Returns

Coffee

As a fresh, perishable product, we are unable to accept returns on coffee once it has left our roastery unless it arrives damaged, faulty or we have sent the wrong item. If that happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@roastworks.co.uk with your order number and a photo if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Equipment & Merchandise

Non-perishable items such as brewing equipment or merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we have received and checked the returned item (where applicable).
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, a piece of brewing gear), please contact us at info@roastworks.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us straight away with your order number and details. We’ll put it right as quickly as possible.


Updates to this Policy

We may update this Shipping & Returns Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, couriers or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
