Our Refer-A-Friend scheme means that when you refer friends or family to Roastworks you, and the person you refer, could get a discount. See the terms below for details and how to qualify. These terms apply to referrals made from 01 February 2024.

Referring a Friend

This section applies to a customer who is referring a friend. When we use the word “you” in this section we mean the referrer.

1. For every friend you successfully refer to Roastworks you can receive 700 Roastworks Rewards points, provided that you and the friend referred meet the conditions set out below.
2. Refer a friend using the referral link found in your Roastworks Rewards account. 
3. The friend must:
• use the referral link to sign up to Roastworks Rewards
• be a new Roastworks customer
• place an order using the unique discount code generated when clicking on the referral link
4. To be eligible to refer a friend you must:
• be an existing Roastworks customer; and 
• not be a Roastworks employee
5. The 700 points will be applied to your account as a one off credit within 8 days of your friend successfully placing an order
6. You agree that by referring a friend and sharing your referral link with them, that we may share your name with the friend, so that they know who has referred them. Your data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Referred by a Friend

This section applies to a customer who is referred by a friend. When we use the word “you” in this section we mean the referred friend.

1. When referred to Roastworks by a friend, you can receive a one off 20% discount provided that you meet the conditions set out below. 
2. You must:
• - use the referral link provided to sign up to Roastworks via the friend that referred you
• be a new Roastworks customer, and live at a different address to the person who referred you;  
• successfully sign up and place an order using the unique discount code given to you when clicking on the link in the referral method
3. The 20% discount is a one time offer. One discount per customer referred by a friend. Offer is only valid on coffee products, brewing equipment, gear and merch is not included in this offer. 
4. You agree and understand that once you’ve signed up with Roastworks, the friend that sent you the referral link will receive a confirmation that one of their referred friends has signed up with Roastworks. This communication will not name you or include any of your personal data. 

1. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so. We reserve the right to remove or amend this promotion at any time.
2. Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon using the refer a friend scheme. 
3. The Refer-a-Friend Scheme is for non-commercial use only. Roastworks reserves the right to block customers from the referral scheme to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions or anyone exploiting, in any way, the Refer-a-Friend scheme.
4. This promotion is governed by English Law and customers submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
