When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is correct and complete. You must notify us of any changes by updating your account or contacting customer service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Coffee is a natural product and variations in flavour, density and roast profile can occur. These variations are not considered faults.
Images and colours displayed online may vary depending on device settings.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products and change prices at any time.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of ordering using the methods shown at checkout.
If we discover an error in pricing, we will contact you with the option to cancel or continue your order.
7. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract forms when we send your dispatch confirmation.
We may cancel or refuse orders due to stock limits, suspected misuse, or pricing errors.
8. Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delays can occur due to courier issues or factors outside our control.
Risk passes to you once goods reach the delivery address provided. If items arrive damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number and photos so we can put things right.
9. Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Goods must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Opened coffee cannot be returned unless faulty.
If an item is faulty or not as described, we will replace or refund it as required under consumer law. Contact us before returning any goods.
10. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription:
- you will be charged on a recurring basis at the frequency you choose
- you can pause or cancel your subscription through your account before your next billing date
- product availability and pricing may change, but we will always notify you before your next renewal
11. Discount Codes and Promotions
We may offer promotions or discount codes. Unless stated otherwise:
- they apply only to eligible products
- they cannot be used with other offers
- they must be entered at checkout
- they cannot be applied after the order has been placed
- they hold no cash value
- we may amend or withdraw them at any time
Newsletter sign-up discount
New customers who subscribe to our mailing list receive a 10% discount code for their first order. This code:
- applies once per customer
- must be used before the expiry date
- cannot be combined with other offers
- must be entered during checkout
- cannot be exchanged for cash
20% off selected coffee for Black Friday weekend
Eligible on selected coffee products only. This promotion does not apply to equipment/gear, merch, gift cards or our Christmas coffee – Uganda Rwenzori Mountains. For subscribers, it is only valid on qualifying subscription items. This code:
- applies once per customer
- is valid on the first recurring payment for subscribers
- must be used before the expiry date
- cannot be combined with other offers
- must be entered during checkout
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- cannot be retrospectively added to orders outside the promotional window
- Expires 23:59 Sunday 30th November
Delivery may be delayed during this promotion due to a high volume of orders. We will roast and pack your order as quickly as we can and appreciate your understanding.
Only available while stocks last. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
12. Roastworks Rewards
Roastworks Rewards (the “Programme”) allows customers to earn and redeem points on eligible activity. By taking part, you agree to the following Terms.
Eligibility and Enrolment
- Any customer with an account is automatically enrolled.
- There is no cost to join.
Earning Points
You can earn points by:
- making purchases
- completing activities such as referrals or social engagement
- taking part in promotions that offer bonus points
We may add or change earning activities from time to time.
Tiers
The Programme includes tiers that unlock added benefits as you earn more points. Details of current tiers are shown on our website and may change over time.
Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for rewards including vouchers or free items. Conditions apply:
- rewards vary depending on tier
- some vouchers may require a minimum spend
- rewards cannot be exchanged for cash
- they cannot be applied after an order is placed
Points Expiry
Unused points expire 12 months from the date they were earned.
Programme Integrity
Creating multiple accounts or using dishonest methods to gain rewards is not allowed. We may suspend accounts and remove points where misuse is suspected.
Changes and Termination
We may modify or discontinue the Programme at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
