Scratch Card Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • This scratch card promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
   • Employees of Roastworks Coffee Co LTD, their families, or any affiliates are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Play

   • Purchase necessary.
   • Add note to order to be entered.
   • Scratch the gold roundel to reveal your prize.
   • Only one scratch card per purchase or customer, unless otherwise stated.

3. Prizes

   • Prizes are subject to availability and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
   • Roastworks Coffee Co LTD reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.

4. Claiming Prizes

   • To claim your prize, email info@roastworks.co.uk with a photo of the winning card and your order number before Friday 6th December (the stated expiry date).
   • All prizes must be claimed before Friday 6th December. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

5. Verification

   • Roastworks Coffee Co LTD reserves the right to verify the identity of participants and to refuse prize claims if fraudulent activity is suspected.
   • Scratch cards that are incomplete, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

   • Roastworks Coffee Co LTD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged scratch cards.
   • Roastworks Coffee Co LTD is not liable for any technical issues or errors that may arise during the promotion.

7. Data Protection

   • Any personal data provided will be used in accordance with Roastworks Coffee Co LTD's Privacy Policy and only for the purpose of administering this promotion.

8. General

   • By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
   • Roastworks Coffee Co LTD reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
