We source and roast world class, consistent, speciality grade coffees. Our seasonal house blend The Truth is guzzled in the form of flat whites in cafés all over the South West and we couldn’t imagine a better coffee to do the job. We work with two outstanding producers to create a blend that is consistent, balanced, sweet and works great with milk.

It's what we’ve been doing since time began. We know roasting. We have some of the best roasting machines ever built, and a team that know what they’re doing.

We offer barista training and tech support – either at your café or in our roastery training area. We’ll help your team to nail brewing the perfect espresso every time.
