These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
By claiming a prize from this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

• The promotion is open to UK residents only, aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Roastworks Coffee Co, their immediate families or anyone else connected with this promotion.
• The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any stage, for whatever reason necessary. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or entrants whose conduct or content is inappropriate.
• Purchase is necessary.

WINNER CLAIMS AND REDEMPTIONS

• The promotion opens on 11.03.24 and closes on 11.09.24
• There will be a total of 56 prize bags available over the course of the promotional period. 
• The 56 prize bags of coffee will have a winning ticket placed inside. Therefore only 56 people can win. Each person that finds the prize bag must show a photo of the bag of coffee with the winning ticket (excluding those that find a discount code for www.roastworks.co.uk). They must also share the unique code displayed on the winning ticket (or use this code to redeem the % discount at www.roastworks.co.uk. All winners must have a UK shipping address to receive the prize.
• The prizes are split out as follows:
• 3 x Sage Barista Impress Express home espresso machines in truffle black with a 3 month supply of Roastworks coffee beans
• 3 x £100 Waitrose gift cards
• 50 x 25% discounts to use at www.roastworks.co.uk
• Each winner who finds a winning prize bag must contact Roastworks Coffee Co via either their email (info@roastworks.co.uk) or instagram account (@roastworks_coffee_co) with the photo and code in order to redeem their prize (excluding those that find a discount code for www.roastworks.co.uk).
• The prizes are not subject to change and no cash alternative or any other form of compensation will be offered. If for any reason the winner cannot claim their prize, then no replacement prize will be offered.
• Failure to accept the prize by the deadline may result in the prize being forfeited and the selection of an alternative winner.
• Winners are responsible for accepting the delivery of the prizes at the addresses specified and providing the correct address details. The Promoter or the courier cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or lost or stolen prizes after delivery has been made. 
• If a winner does not provide a valid UK address, or is not contactable, is ineligible, rejects their prize or fails to respond to initial email / direct message notification within 14 working days from the date of the initial notification, the prize will be reallocated by the Promoter to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
• The process will repeat for a three-month period after which all remaining prizes will be null and void.
• Prizes will be delivered within 14 working days of the winners providing confirmation of address and the completion of any verification process.
• The data supplied to the courier will be held with them until delivery is completed.

THE WINNERS

• If winners do not respond in full to the verification requirements or are not in a position to accept the prize, or are ineligible, the Promoter may at its absolute discretion withdraw that prize entitlement.
• The Promoter may request that the winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winners’ discretion and is not a condition of the prize. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activity.
• The Promoter reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants (including the winner) that the Promoter regards as being in breach of these rules, any applicable laws, and terms and conditions referred to in these terms, or the spirit of the Promotion.
• By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter using the contact details at the end of these Terms. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. This may happen where the Promoter is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the prizes advertised. To request disclosure of winners’ details, enquirers must submit a request to info@roastworks.co.uk, within three months of the end of the Promotion. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prizes have been validly claimed.

• Retain original packaging and ticket to claim.
