Brazil Sitio Posses
The Classic

Brazil Sitio Posses

£7.50
This coffee is everything you could ever want from a high-quality Brazil, and then some. It’s loaded full of praline, it’s sweet and it’s yummy. There’s a brown sugar sweetness, dried orange notes and a hint of black tea on the finish. It works OK with milk but we wouldn’t say it was elevated by the addition of it, which is a first for a Classic coffee!

We bought this coffee through Cargo coffee importers. Their purpose is to locate high potential, under-represented coffee producers and help them reach new heights. By forming meaningful relationships based on full transparency, developed through commitment, longevity and honesty, they hope to mobilise farmers to go from producers of stand-out speciality coffee to producers capable of coffees that can take your breath away.

You might have noticed on the last two Classic releases we’ve had, the farm has had the word “Sitio” in the name where you might usually see “Fazenda”. The word “Sitio” essentially means small farm in Portuguese.

Sitio Posses is a coffee farm located in the Campestre region, run by the traditional coffee-producing César family. They are dedicated to producing high-quality coffee using traditional methods.
